Both cottages are non-smoking and we do not unfortunately accept either pets or young children.

Confirmation of your requirement will be issued within 48 hours either by e-mail or telephone. You can then proceed with your booking.

Following the issue of our confirmation email or from acceptance of a provisional telephone booking the booking will be held for 7 days. If a deposit is not received in that time then it will be assumed that the booking is cancelled.

A deposit of £50.00 is payable at the time of booking. The balance should be paid 6 weeks before commencement of your holiday. Should you book less than 6 weeks before the holiday then the full amount is due as soon as the booking is confirmed.

If you have to cancel your reservation notice must be given in writing or via email. The day that the written cancellation is received is the day that your reservation is cancelled. Late cancellation will be subject to a charge:

It is strongly recommended that you take out cancellation insurance.

Every care is taken to ensure complete satisfaction with your holiday accommodation. However in the unhappy event of having cause to complain, it must be brought to our attention immediately so that we may rectify the matter.
The Hirer is responsible for the condition of the property and the entire contents during the let, fair wear and tear accepted.

Guests are requested to arrive After 3:00 p.m and vacate the cottages By 10:00 a.m on the day of departure.Your cooperation in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

We shall have no liability to you for the death or personal injury to any member of your party unless this results from an act or omission by ourselves. You must take all necessary steps to safeguard all personal property and no liability to you is accepted in respect of damage to or loss of such property.
